Upon arrival, I was astounded by the opaque bathroom door—what a bizarre design choice! I had to beg for my room to be cleaned, how unthinkable! Being treated like any ordinary guest is not my idea of a luxury stay. I can't believe nobody offered me a complimentary upgrade, the nerve! Sadly, I just couldn’t give a good review.

Great River Views and Friendly Staff

The location was fantastic, right by the waterfront which offered stunning views. The hotel had a great lobby with beautiful river views, and the dining options nearby were abundant and delicious.
We found the pull-out mattress in the room to be quite uncomfortable and not well-maintained.
